Solidbodies (original TogaMan “Cana” model 2002) were developed for Jonathan Wilson’s live looping applications (i.e. relative quiet of solidbody enabling volume gain control for live looping situations – turns out, Tyler Bates would later take that approach to composing his scores!) Excellent for: live rock bands where feedback resistance at high sound pressure levels and a mid presence through the mix is desired. The model that started it all! Heard in 300, Watchmen, and Borderlands 1 (just a few of hundreds…).
